Project information
- Serving as a new customer service center for a growing part of Knox County, the building incorporates areas for payment and collections. A steel frame occupies the center of what is otherwise a simple building form, replacing the traditional entry “portico” at the front, creating a bright open lobby and payment center inside, and acting at the rear of the building as a a drive-through canopy.
