Ailor Avenue Offices
- New office building for consulting mechanical engineer. the design intends to coney a sense of architectural honesty and precision, with special attention to neighborhood context and energy efficiency.

- This 50’s Modern doctor’s office received a complete makeover as a full service salon and spa, including corporate offices, hair salon, education, consultation and treatment.

Lenoir City Utilities Board
- Serving as a new customer service center for a growing part of Knox County, the building incorporates areas for payment and collections. A steel frame occupies the center of what is otherwise a simple building form, replacing the traditional entry “portico” at the front, creating a bright open lobby and payment center inside, and acting at the rear of the building as a a drive-through canopy
- Knoxville, Tennessee
Markman’s Diamonds
- New store for a prominent jewelry company including flexible speculative retail space and integrated landscape. Maintains company identity and includes "jewel box" concrete entry, formless glazing for open feel, and sparkling blue glass title sign.
- Knoxville, Tennessee
Tellico Area Services System
- New customer service center for utilities company serving two growing East Tennessee counties. Simple brick forms represent major building functions and are composed to take advantage of views of Tellico Lake. In addition to serving TASS for various in-house meetings, the large board room is also available for community assemblies
